Remix slides

Remix is a useful tool for converting content from one format to another, whether that's an existing slide design or just a blob of text you've pasted onto your slide.

Plus AI will transform the content to fit the layout you want, rewriting as needed.

Launch Edit with Plus AI

Google Slides

Launch Google Slides (Here is a shortcut: https://slides.new).

In Google Slides, go to Extensions > Plus AI for Google Slides > Edit with Plus AI.

Troubleshooting:

  • If you don't see Plus AI in the Extensions menu, make sure you have it installed.

  • If you don't see any options under Plus AI (except "Help"), reload the page in your browser and give it a minute to load.

PowerPoint

In PowerPoint, go to the Home tab of the menu > Add-ins > Plus AI. (Search for Plus AI if it does not appear)

In the Plus AI sidebar, click on Edit with AI and select Insert a Slide.

Remix a slide

Make sure you're on the Remix tab of the Edit with Plus sidebar.

Add additional notes (optional), select a layout, and then click the Remix Current Slide button.

Pro-tip: You can undo + redo these changes in Google Slides. Duplicate your slide before using Remix if you want to produce multiple options that you can review.
